Refund Policy for EMT Courses

EMT Prep courses

If the registrant asks for a refund within 30 days of purchasing the EMT Prep Course, the refund is pro-rated on:

  • Has the registrant attended OR marked no-show for a BLS (CPR) course
  • Has the registrant been given an AHA BLS eBook key (whether or not the student has assessed the key).  eBooks are assigned typically 5-7 days prior to the BLS course in which the registrant has sign up.
  • Has the registrant completed the Prep Course.

100% Within 30 Days
  • Has Not taken or marked as 'No Show' to BLS (CPR) course
  • No AHA BLS eBook assigned to student
  • No EMT Prep Course Completion
90% Within 30 Days
  • Has taken or marked as 'No Show' to BLS (CPR) course
  • AHA BLS eBook assigned to student
  • No EMT Prep Course Completion
70% Within 30 Days
  • Has taken or marked as 'No Show' to BLS (CPR) course
  • No EMT Prep Course Completion
  • Student must not be enrolled in the EMT Course
No Refund Within 30 Days
  • Prep course completion certificate awarded
No Refund More than 30 Days

EMT Course

Because significant recourses are planned for the class depend in class size, refunds are based on time before the start of the EMT course.

Note: This does not apply to students have have not yet registered for an EMT course.  Registration for the Prep course does not bind the student to a EMT class start date.

Refund Amount Time to Start of Registered EMT Course
100% At least 4 weeks before the start of the registered EMT course.
70% Up to 3 weeks before the start of the registered EMT course.
40% Up to 1 week before the start of the registered EMT course.
No Refund Less than 1 week before the start of the registered EMT course.
No Refund On or after the start date.
