Application Checklist
1. Understand the EMT Prep class is required to start the EMT Completion Course.
- The EMT Prep course consists of two modules (Anatomy and Physiology for EMT's and EMS Operations. This must be completed PRIOR to the start of the EMT course.
- The Prep course is 100% online.
- The Prep course takes about 20-30 hours to complete.
- Registration for the EMT Prep course will be sent to you when your EMT Program Application is approved.
2. Complete a 300-500 word written statement on why you want to take the EMT Program
- The statement should be 300-500 words explaining why you want to take the EMT course. PDF or Word format, only, please.
- The file name should be "Lastname - Personal Statement.docx" (or .pdf)
- Include your full name at the top of the document.
3. Professional(ish) Headshot
- In JPG or PNG format only
