What to do if you are missing a certification card for a CTCCE-sponsored course.
From the options below, select the certifying organization for the card you are missing.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process and issue certification cards. If it has been more than 5 business days, please try the self-help option before submitting a ticket.
Self Help:
- Check your email, including your spam folders.
- All AHA cards are electronically distributed to your email in which you registered for the course.
- The cards are from "ecards@heart.org"
- Go to this site and search for your email addresses.
- https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards
- Enter in your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- The email will likely be the email used to register you for the course.
- Here are detailed instructions on finding your card.
Note: the CTCCE cannot provide technical support for the AHA ecard site.
